Due to the digital nature of our products, once a purchase is completed and the digital download is successfully received, all sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of severe technical failure or if the digital product is not received within a reasonable timeframe. In such instances, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward a future purchase.
